Catalogues and price lists can be expensive to produce and can quickly become out of date. We would prefer to pass the savings onto our customers. For your convenience all products which we sell and their prices can be viewed on our website.

Packs will be shipped 3-4 weeks prior to the corresponding event or celebration. After shipping, allow 2-5 days to receive each order (Excludes Weekends).

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with a copy of your order and your order number. When your order is shipped we also send you another email with all shipping details including consignment number. You can use our Contact page if you believe there has been a delay in receiving your order. Please be sure to include your Order Number when you contact us. 


Decorations Direct makes every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products available at all times. However, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand and unforeseeable delivery delays from our suppliers. This occasionally leads to some delays for new members. While we make every effort to have sufficient quantities available of all products to prevent this from occurring, at times this may be beyond our control.

If your item is Out of Stock we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the delay period.

Decorations Direct have FREE Delivery on all items within Australia.

Decorations Direct works hard to bring you the best possible prices at a discounted rate. Our multiple purchase discount system it allows us to give the best possible discount to our members. All of our items are hence pre set at the best possible discount for our subscribers.

Please choose your products carefully as Decorations Direct cannot accept returns or refunds should you change your mind after your order has been placed.
It is also important for all customers to double check the delivery address they provided as a refund cannot be given if incorrect or insufficient delivery information results in package being undeliverable and/or returned back to us.

Customers are also sent a detailed delivery email with tracking number and an expected delivery day. If your package is delayed or late please contact Decorations Direct or the delivery company immediately. This will ensure the matter can be corrected and the package delivered in time for your party date. If you do not inform Decorations Direct in time which results in the package missing the party date then Decorations Direct will not be responsible for returns or refunds.

Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Decorations Direct within 2 working days of goods being received by the customer. Once photo evidence has been provided to us by the customer and the goods have been confirmed to have a manufacturing fault by the supplier Decorations Direct will provide an exchange.

Decorations Direct will accept product returns for exchange where the product does not match the product description. The conditions under the Returns Policy (below) must be met for an exchange to be given. Freight charges for returns must be paid by the customer. Any goods arriving COD will not be accepted.

Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods. Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Decorations Direct within (2) days of the receipt of the order. Any discrepancy (pricing, quantity, taxes etc) should be reported to us immediately. This will ensure prompt corrective action on our part. A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany returned items.

All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be replaced.

It is your responsibility to pay for the return freight costs. Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused.

Please Note: Seasonal items will not be accepted for return after the end of the particular season. Returns must be in original package quantities. Part packages will not be accepted for return.

All prices shown on this website include Goods and Services Tax (GST) for deliveries within Australia.

You can use a PayPal account if you have one, or you can use PayPal to pay using any major credit card (Visa or Mastercard or Bankcard). For larger orders or under special circumstances we can arrange to email an invoice. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding making your payment.

No, we do not offer COD shipments within Australia.
